Composting is rapidly becoming the process of choice for handling organic waste material. Composting reduces volume, produces a commodity with some value and reduces the amount of material; going into landfills.
The Brown Bear Auger Aerator is an effective and economical means of aerating or turning windrows. It is also a rapid way of mixing dissimilar material prior to windrowing.
One of the advantages of the Brown Bear aerator is it’s the only turner that builds its own windrows initially. Since it works directly in line with the windrowed material, no alleyways between windrows for the tractor are necessary, thus making better utilization of available space.
Brown Bear Auger Aerators are being successfully operated in composting operations for wastewater sludge, yard waste & animal manure.

MODEL PTO PA35C AUGER AERATOR
Brown Bear Corporation has introduced a revised model of its farm tractor composter. The PTO PA35C-10.5 unit is designed to be attached to the front of 100-160 HP farm tractors. The composter requires a front 3-point hitch, 1000 RPM PTO, and creeper transmission. It is available for ISO and counter ISO PTO shaft rotation. So you can compost biosolids, yard waste, manure and other organics easily and inexpensively, as well as feedlot, dairy, poultry and swine manure.
