The Sittler Trommel Screen from Recycle & Composting Equipment screens compost, soil and minerals for bagging and convenient distribution. Continuous feed hopper is hydraulically driven by either a Kohler petrol engine or an Electric motor which provides maximum flow-through efficiency with quiet, economical performance.
The Sittler Trommel Screen from Recycle & Composting Equipment is capable of handling up to 90 cubic meters per hour(56 x 96) or 42 cubic meters per hour (40 x 48). Optional screen size of 6mm or 12mm with other sizes available to suit your needs. Standard 50 x 50mm inner protective screen. Extra support heavy-duty steel bands ensure the handling of tough loads.
Additional unique corkscrew mechanism keeps product moving. Full-length brushes mounted on top clean the screen of debris as it rotates. A 3-sided storage bin directly under screen allows for easy removal of screened product. Conveyor options available are; a collector conveyor, portable stacker and an overs conveyor. All machines come with 1 year warranty.
